Speak to a Specialist

World Quality Day is a global campaign raising awareness of quality in the workplace…but how does that affect you as a customer?  And why should you choose to work with us?

Our mission statement is clear “to listen and advise, to plan and create, we shape and deliver style in abundance.”  Let’s explain how we go about putting that into practice and what you can expect.

Estimates and Quotes

We take pleasure in providing excellent customer service and free advice is always on hand via our website, a phone call or in person.  Once contact has been made, the next step is to create an estimate.  Very often, estimates are requested to provide budget costs; for these enquiries we can select a mid-range material.  The key is always to supply us with the best information you can.

For web enquiries – either enter dimensions through our Request a Quote service or simply Upload a Plan.  Providing plans is perfect, but we’re happy to work with a hand-drawn sketch and dimensions – we don’t expect a Work of Art!

A phone call will allow us to discuss your project in more detail, so we can capture all the necessary information.  Talking allows us to explain and discuss the pros and cons of various features, technical details, and terminology.  We can also get a feel for the ‘look’ you are trying to create and can make material choice suggestions.   For the best customer service, we encourage you to make a showroom visit.

Choosing your Worktop

Although it can appear daunting, choosing a worktop is when the real fun starts!  We supply quartz from all the leading suppliers – Caesarstone, Silestone, CRL, Cimstone, and Dekton etc.  We also have our own exclusive Eterno range.  For granite and marble, we work with several Stone Importers and will guide you through the process of visiting them to view and select the slabs for your project.

If you’ve decided on cabinet colour, that’s a great starting point for choosing a co-ordinating worktop.  Alternatively, inspiration images or mood boards will help convey your style and give focus to the search.  We offer everything from the plainest, pure white to the most extravagant marbles, quarried from around the globe.

At our Bicester showroom, we have an extensive range of quartz samples, offcuts and whole slabs to help you with visualisation and guide your choice.

Templating, Fabrication & Installation

Now it’s the turn to our technical teams to take over.  At templating we carry out a full digital survey and discuss all the finer details – edge profile, upstand height, joint positions etc.  Taking time to get these elements right, is the difference between an average job or a first-class job.  We pride ourselves on our attention to detail.

Your job then progresses through to our workshop in the care of our skilled sawyer and stonemasons before we return to site for installation.   Carrying out all elements of your project in-house allows us to keep a close eye on every stage.  Our sales and admin team will keep in touch, answering any questions you may have.

What if it goes wrong?!

We strive for “right first time, every time” but we are only human and occasionally things don’t go as planned.  However, rest assured that if you are not completely satisfied, we will respond promptly to put things right.

We have worked hard to earn our excellent reputation, that we think is second to none!  But don’t take our word for it, check out our webpage ‘What Our Customers Say’ or our Google and Trustpilot reviews.
