Whether you are having a brand new kitchen or bathroom installed or just refreshing what you have, our stone specialists will help and guide you through each stage, from concept through to completion.
Stage 1
Once you have the layout and sizes for the room we will help you find the right material, colour and pattern to suit your project at a price that also suits your pocket.
All of our estimates are free of charge and will include all the relevant costs, so you can be confident there will be no hidden extras.
Once you have decided on the material and colour that works for you, we can then start looking at timeframes.
Stage 2
When you confirm which estimate that you want to go ahead with, we will ask you to pay a deposit and then we can get a template appointment booked in our diary. We normally look at booking provisional dates in about 4 to 5 weeks ahead.
We will explain how the site must be in order for us to complete an accurate measure, we can even liaise withyour kitchen fitters or builders if that helps.
When we are on site to template for your worktops, we will talk to you about all the finer details, so that you can be confident that the stone will be finished excatly as you want it.
Once the template is complete, we will produce a mm accurate CAD which will be used to cut and finish your stone here in our workshop.
If you are using our supply only service, you will need to bring your rigid templates or accurate drawings into our workshop.
Stage 3
Once your job has gone through to our workshop we can look at scheduling your install. This normally happens within 7 to 10 working days after the template and normally takes between 2-4 hours.
We will also raise your balance invoice and send it to you, payment should be made before or on the day of installation.
We strongly recommend that you arrange your other trades, plumber, electrician etc to come in the ay after the install, so the adhesives and sealants have time to cure.
Our installation team will give you a Care Kit and go through the Do’s and Don’ts so that you can get the best out of your worktops.
If you are using our supply only service, we will advise on when yoru stone will be ready to collect.
After that, you can just sit back and enjoy your beautiful new stone worktops.
