More Than Just Worktops

A new kitchen isn’t just about cabinets and appliances, it’s about creating a space to suit your lifestyle and how you use it.  We know that your worktops should be more than functional, they should feel like home and reflect your personality.

We are proud of the quality of our stone but we are really proud of our customer service and the experience that we provide customers.  Here’s what the journey looks like when you choose us:

1️⃣ The Consultation

It all begins with a conversation.

  • Whether in our Bicester showroom or over the phone, we listen carefully to your vision, style, and practical needs.  We love it when customers share samples of their cabinetry, paint choices or even a mood board.
  • As there are many different types of stone, we talk through the different options (quartz, granite, marble, porcelain), explaining the benefits (and the pitfalls!) of each.
  • You’ll get hands on with samples or viewing full slabs, because nothing beats seeing the stone in person.

2️⃣ The Proposal

Your personalised design.

  • When we have helped you choose your perfect stone, we will provide you with a quote, including all the additional element you choose, including edge, drainer grooves, cut-outs and any other requirements.
  •  Once you have agreed the quote and paid a small deposit, we will provide dates to template your worktop (once your units are in place).

3️⃣ Templating: The Road to Perfection

No two kitchens are the same, and precision is everything.

  • Our expert team comes to your home to take exact measurements using advanced templating tools.
  • This accounts for walls, corners, cut-outs, for sinks and hobs, basically, every last detail.
  • We think of this as a blueprint to ensure a flawless fit.

4️⃣ Fabrication: Where Craft Meets Technology

Our workshop take the template and and make sure your slab is carefully cut, polished and finished.

  • We combine traditional stonemasonry with advanced CNC machining.
  • Edges are shaped, surfaces are honed or polished, and every piece is prepped for installation.
  • Our stonemasons have years of experience, so you can be assured of quality and accuracy.

5️⃣ Installation Day: The Transformation

This is where it all comes together.

  • Our installation team delivers and carefully fits each piece.
  • Every joint is seamless and every edge is finished to perfection.
  • Once we are finished we leave you with our welcome pack, including complimentary cleaning products

6️⃣ The Cup of Tea:  Your kitchen is complete

The sign of a job well done when the kettle goes back on.

  • Your kitchen will feel complete once that first brew is made.
  • It means your home is ready for everyday life.

It can be complicated and stressful renovating a kitchen and we aim to take as much as that as possible away from choosing your work surfaces.  You only need to look at our 5 star TrustPilot reviews to see how well we support our customers experience.  From the first consultation to that all-important cup of tea, we will be with you all the way, delivering work surface you’ll love for a long time to come.

If you are ready to start your renovation journey, come and see us at out showroom in Bicester or call us on 01869 324442.
