The world of kitchens has been grey and white for what seems like forever. However that looks set to change as kitchen designs start to embrace more colour. You can either choose to add in subtle tones via your accessories, or go bold with the cabinets or worktops. Here are some of the latest trends.

Perfect Pink

Pink, peach and scarlet tones seems to be everywhere right now. This is definitely the colour to watch in 2023. Our customers are looking for warm rosy tones that bring joy and are making bolder colour choices that lift the mood.

Pair pale pink units with a light grey, like Silestone Desert Silver, to soften the space. Or for a contrast, mix coral pink doors with darker colours like Eterno Cemento Dark.

Marble Effect

Marble style worktops in kitchen designs continue to be hugely popular. The ever-familiar clean and crisp Carrara and Calacatta veins are still  favourites, but we are now seeing a move towards embracing a more colourful marble look.

Luckily, our quartz suppliers are on the case. With stunning new colours from CRL like Cristallo Verde and Cristallo Azure, these green and blue hues will bring a room to life.

Feature Walls

Supersize splashbacks are a simple and effective way to add glamour whilst complementing an existing design scheme.

In recent years we have seen stone continued right up the wall up to the underside of the cabinets or shelving. Now we are cutting off the edge of the backsplash and making more of a feature out from it.

Ceralsio Labrodite Royal Blue or Dekton Umber will deliver an eye catching pop of colour to your kitchen.

Black is Back

Dark, moody and dramatic kitchens, but with more of a natural twist are definitely a trend this year. Natural materials help to pare back a bold kitchen scheme, reducing the drama but still holding impact.

Imagine light coloured wood units with CaesarStone Black Tempal or Quartz Forms Ocean Midnight.

To see a full range of colours, check out our materials catalogue on line or pop into our showroom in Bicester, Oxfordshire we have a huge range of samples and slabs available to view.
