Terms & Conditions

1. The offer is only valid on Saturday 6 September 2025 between 9 am and 4pm.
2. The off cuts are only free of charge with a minimum spend of £200 + VAT in relation to cutting and finishing.
3. The offer does not include a template or installation.
4. No fabrication (cutting) facilities will be available on the day; once payment has been made and dimensions have been provided, the stone will be ready to collect within 7-10 working days.
5. Fabrication (cutting) costs may vary depending on requirements. A minimum charge of £200 + VAT will apply for the fabrication (cutting) costs, but that may increase depending on the exact spec required.
6. Templating and installation costs are additional and will be quoted separately.
7. The offer applies to selected off-cut materials only.
8. Off-cuts are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
9. The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
10. Off-cuts cannot be reserved before the Open Day.
11. The Granite House reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time.
